About Us

The Ostrom Center for the Advanced Study of Natural Resources Governance (OCeAN) endeavors to bring forward the natural resource management issues of South and South-East Asia for global audiences and policy makers. The Center was established at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in 2016. The main focus of OCeAN is on publications, hosting scholarly discussions to draft advanced theoretical volumes, organizing and supporting training, engaging in policy dialogue with decision makers, and organizing grant writing workshops.
